Our Facilities

The academy is located in extensive grounds offering playing fields, picnic facilities and tennis courts.  There are a number of well equipped ICT suites, and the academy also has computers in all departments including wireless and portable laptop trolleys offering students access to multi media technology and the internet all around the buildings. The academy has excellent science laboratories, media studies suites, and an outstanding art and design area.  Sports facilities include two gymnasiums, floodlit astroturf pitches and sports hall; students may need to travel by school mini-bus to access all sports facilities.  The auditorium is used for a number of academy events, including concerts and the annual theatre production.   The well-stocked learning resource centre is designed to support learning throughout all the curriculum areas.
