Ski Slalom Success

I first began competing in slalom ski racing at the age of 5, on the dry slopes at Regional and National races across the UK.  At my first race, which was a southern regional race, I won 3rd place.

Since then I have been on the podium at almost every race.  So far, some of my greatest achievements on my ski racing journey have been winning 1st  place at the British, All England and Welsh Championships, along with winning numerous National and Regional races.  I have also won the Overall Kent Schools Primary Championships three years in a row and, now that I have moved on to Secondary School, I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in this year’s Kent Schools Championships.

This year I was selected to join an Alpine Race Academy, where I have been training and competing in Slalom and GS around Europe.

My goal is to hopefully one day be part of the British Ski Team.

Ryan (Year 7)
