Kent School Games - Handball Finals & Victory!

The U13 and U15 Handball teams, both had a fantastic day competing at the 'Kent School Games Handball Finals' yesterday.

The U13’s did exceptionally well in their first competitive tournament and finished 5th, just missing out on 4th place by goal difference.

The U15’s were absolutely incredible.  They won every game convincingly and will go on to compete in the South East Regional Finals for the 3rd consecutive year. Seven of the girls are now competing with the South East Regional Squad and four of the seven are now in the Pathway to England squad. These girls were absolutely remarkable to watch. Nadhmi has worked so hard with them.  It was great to see so many members of staff congratulating the team on their success.

To top off a great day, the girls met GB athlete, Lesley Owusu!

Our Handball players represented Knole Academy with real distinction.
