Appeals

Information on September 2019 Admissions Appeals

If you have not been offered a place at Knole Academy, the law entitles you to appeal against that decision to an independent Appeal Panel.  This panel is completely independent of the school and the Local Authority.  The appeals are held at the school.  Please note that some of the arrangements for appeals are different to previous years.

If you wish to appeal, please download our Appeal Form by clicking here.  If you are using Internet Explorer and experience problems downloading please contact the School Office.  Please DO NOT use the Kent County Council form.  Please return the form by post or email to the address on the appeals form (also given below) and NOT Kent County Council:

Appeals Administrator, PO Box 367, Cuffley, Herts, EN6 4XZ or clerk@educationappeals.com

In addition, it is suggested that you download and carefully read the Knole Academy Appeals Guide - click here to view.

You should include any evidence or supporting material with your appeal form and you MUST give the grounds for your appeal at the time you lodge your appeal form.  Your appeal form will not be accepted unless you state the grounds for your appeal.  You may appeal for more than one school.

The timetable for appeals is as follows:-
