Projects

Students are encouraged to develop the practical business skills and re-enforce classroom learning by participating in additional projects. Knole Academy runs its own competitions throughout the year and also participates in the following:

• A DTI competition where individuals/teams buy and sell shares.
• A bank of England competition where teams try to manage the rate of inflation and the economy.
• A national programme where students run a business within the academy making and selling products.

All of these competitions are open to KS3 (years 7-9) to give them an opportunity to experience business.
