Knole Academy Website
A very warm welcome to Knole Academy. We work in a forward-thinking and creative learning environment, which challenges and supports our young people and the local community. We have high standards of behaviour and appearance and high expectations of performance from our students, who were involved in the design of the uniform, logo, house system and are now actively involved in designing our new £18 million building. Together with our sponsors, Gordon Phillips, Sevenoaks School and Kent County Council, our vision is to foster an engaging learning ethos, using state-of-the-art technologies to develop new skills and create high aspirations for our students for their education both for their time in school and also for their future lives. We are excited about the potential which this gives our students for their lives in a global community.

Knole Academy closed Friday 20 July
Due to the Olympic torch passing through the Sevenoaks area the school will close on the 20th July. The end of the summer term will be 19th July at 3.30pm. Please click here to view Mrs Boyle's letter.
Duke of Edinburgh Awards
18 students from years 10 and 11 have successfully completed their qualifying expeditions for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. Well done!
Room To Read Fundraising Update
Fund Rasing Efforts for Room to Read have so far raised almost £4,000. Many thanks to all those who supported Sunday evening's concert, which contributed an amazing £900 to to the total. Read on for information about up-coming events in support of Room to Read. We are determined to achieve our goal of £12,000 in 2012!

Quiz Night 24 May 7pm
In aid of our chosen charity 'Room To Read', Knole Academy will be holding a fun quiz night on Thursday 24th May, starting at 7pm. Students, parents and staff are invited to join forces (maximum 8 per team) and show off their brain power to be crowned Quiz Kings & Queens for the night! Tickets priced at £6 per person (including sausage & chip supper) available from the admin office. Book early to avoid disappointment!
