Celebrating the Achievements of our students

It is always inspiring to see our students excel not only in their studies but also in their pursuits beyond the classroom.

Daisy Thomas

Daisy recently passed her Grade 7 Musical Theatre exam with distinction, performing the role of Anne Boleyn from the musical Six. Having also achieved a distinction in her Grade 6 exam last year, she’s now aiming to complete her Grade 8 next year to earn a Level 3 qualification.

In addition, Daisy recently auditioned for a Theatre and TV agent and was successfully signed. She has already filmed two days on the award-winning series Ted Lasso, Season 4.

Jessie Barleycorn

Jessie and Haverford Fauntleroy were fantastic and we are pleased to say came home with 8th place in the M & M junior WHP final. I’ve attached some photos of them both. Thank you for all your support with Jessie and her competing. We are so pleased to return home with good news.

Alexa Dorney

Alexa Dorney performed at the Royal Albert Hall in front of 5,400 people in September with her Theatre School – Theatre Train.

She was asked to play a leading part as Greta Thunberg.

It was a fantastic evening and such an experience to perform at The Royal Albert Hall alongside 13 other Theatre Train Schools.

Angus Brown
Angus represented his Sea Cadet unit at the Sea Cadet National Championships in Southport, earning an impressive silver medal in his category. Angus was also due to compete in the RYA National Championships on the 4/5th of October, but unfortunately, the event was cancelled due to Storm Amy.

Aadya Gupta (Year 8)
Aadya has had a remarkable summer on the cricket field. She represented multiple clubs, including Hayes Kent Cricket Club, where her teams were U13 Kent Girls League runners-up and U15 Kent Girls League winners and Croydon Cricket Club, where she played in the U12–U13 mixed boys’ and girls’ teams, helping them secure the U11 and U12 Surrey Plate titles.
Aadya’s dedication and talent have been further recognised with her selection for the Lord’s Youth Girls U11/U12 Programme, as well as an invitation to join the Kent Regional Development Programme, a testament to her outstanding skill, commitment, and passion for the sport.

Chloe Moran

On the 20th-21st September, Chloe competed in the British Falcon Racing event in Wootton Bassett with her Falcon ‘Belch’.

Chloe competed alongside other young people up to the age of 16 and came 4thPlace. An incredible achievement for her first racing competition.

Lily Turner
Lily competed in the Kelley O’Boyle Feis in Barnet on Saturday 27th September.
Lots of girls competed in the U13 preliminary category this year and quite of few of the girls have competed alongside Lily before. Despite Lily’s Irish dance teacher making a few last minute changes to her heavy jig, Lily danced with ease and a smile on her face. Her high kicks are the highest seen so far!
Lily improved on her last competition and finished in 11th place overall.
